Life Drawing at Hackney Picturehouse is the Tuesday-night drawing club in the attic of Hackney Picturehouse, East London. Untutored, all skill levels, materials included — a calm, focused two hours between the working week and the weekend.
Why Tuesday?
Tuesday is the most underrated night of the week. Mondays are recovering, Wednesdays are mid-week meetings, Thursdays are pre-weekend pints. Tuesday is calm — and a calm room is what life drawing needs. Our regulars find that two hours of focused observation on a Tuesday resets the whole week.
